People make better decisions about their working lives when they have real evidence in front of them and someone qualified to read it with them. That sounds obvious. It is not how most career advice works.

The industry runs on opinion delivered with confidence, and on automated reports that arrive by email with nobody attached to them. Both are cheap to produce. Neither survives contact with a real decision about money, years and a family.

Every piece of work here begins with assessment, and every assessment is interpreted in person.

How I work

Assess first. Every engagement starts with data, chosen for the decision in front of you rather than sold as a bundle.

Interpret in person. Results go through a trained interpretation with you in the room. For learners, the parents are in the room too. Nobody gets handed a PDF and wished well.

Write it down. You leave with specific next steps rather than a good feeling, and the option to keep working together while you act on them.

Say no. If an assessment will not help you, I say so before you pay for it. If another practitioner is the better fit, I will tell you that too. Sending someone away costs less than a client who feels sold to.
