Ten years in, wrong fieldYou are competent at something you no longer want to do, and the cost of starting again feels impossible to calculate.

Qualified, still stuckThe degree is done. The doors it was supposed to open either did not, or opened onto something that does not fit.

How it runs

Step one

A conversation first

We work out what you are actually trying to decide. If assessment is the wrong tool for it, I say so.

Step two

Chosen for the question

Interest, aptitude, personality, behaviour or a combination. Selected because it answers your question, not because it is standard.

Step three

Feedback you understand

Results explained in plain language, plus a written report you keep and can show to whoever else needs to see it.

Step four

The part that changes something

Coaching, if you want it. Direction on paper is worth very little until somebody helps you act on it.
